Acrodex uses mature project management processes in the delivery of our solution-based services. Our project management team is supported by a central project management office (PMO) that provides methodology support, assists with project tracking, and facilitates project quality processes. Acrodex follows industry best practices as defined in the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK v3 (Project Management Body of Knowledge).

In 2008 Acrodex developed a business continuity framework that is used internally to continuously strengthen its tolerance to business disruption. This framework was introduced to ensure continuous services to our customers during potentially disruptive situations. The introduction of our business continuity program provides assurance to our customers: they can depend on Acrodex to manage their IT infrastructures. Any disruptions will be minimized through active prevention, pre-planned response, and effective crisis management.

Our business continuity framework implements a top-down approach that governs the development of our continuous services. The framework creates a unified strategy to integrate continuous learning, business impact assessments, quality management, workplace safety, security management, business process design, and disaster recovery activities. This business-led approach is extended to our customer environments a part of our service level agreements and supports our commitment to service excellence beyond the SLA.
