In 2005 Acrodex formed a partnership with AXCEND Automation & Software Solutions in Bangalore, India. AXCEND is a rising star in India's IT and automation market, and under the agreement, Acrodex will jointly offer manufacturing IT solutions at the global level. The combined global IT entity will focus on manufacturing, primarily in the oil and gas and utilities sectors. We will specialize in the coordination of business strategies with plant-floor activities through the use of advanced automation and real-time information exchange. We will provide enterprise wide connectivity for the manufacturing industry. By using IT in this way, enterprises can more closely connect activities at various organizational levels to increase efficiency and productivity.
