A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference number is required for all products received by Service. The Service Centre will require the following information to complete the RMA:

• Original sales orders
• A detailed description of what the product is
• Product serial number
• System serial number
• Product model number
• A detailed fault description of what is wrong with the product
• Contact name and number
