Acrodex (Edmonton) is one of the few integrated IT companies whose quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 certified.  The registration covers our quality management system for strategic IT planning to the marketplace, including equipment procurement, professional services, application development, software licensing and managed IT operations.
This certification provides assurance that Acrodex’s (Edmonton) quality management system is designed to:
•    Enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements; and

•    Demonstrate ability to consistently provide product and services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. 1

The ISO 9001:2008 certification is just one more way that demonstrates Acrodex’s ongoing commitment to our customers and to service excellence!

Training and Certification

Acrodex team credentials include advanced technology certifications from: Cisco (CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CCDA CISSP); Citrix (CCEA, CCA); HP server and storage (HP ASE); Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA, MCP, MCTS); and VMWare (VCP). Additionally, operational excellence is critical to understanding and implementing Business Process Improvements in our customer’s business models. To that end, Acrodex employs skilled associates with the following certifications: Project Management (PMP), ITIL (Service Manager, Practitioner, Foundation), CobiT (Foundation), and Six Sigma (Black Belt).
